As part of our 'fairness' week we did a fair test about yeast for making our bread this time.
First we put the right amount of yeast then we put the right amount of sugar.
Then we put in the water. We drew and wrote about what we thought might happen. Then we watched the mixture rise, or not rise.

Awesome experiment. Aimee said she liked "watching it rize". She said two of them roze but forgot which one roze the best!! I would love to know which mixture came out top???
